She treats her employees like dogs but the owner loves to groom poodles and is good at it too. Make them look so beautiful and smell so good!

I’ve been bringing my dog Pixie to The Grooming Loft for over 3 years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. The team is incredibly professional, kind, and courteous, and they are truly amazing with dogs. A special shoutout to Ursula, who is absolutely wonderful. She is so caring, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. It’s rare to find someone who treats your pet like their own, and Ursula does exactly that. What I really appreciate is that they always know exactly what to do—there’s never a need to explain things repeatedly. They consistently do an excellent job, and Pixie always comes back looking great and feeling happy. Pixie loves going there—she gets pampered with treats and so much love and attention. The environment is warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars. Highly recommend The Grooming Loft to anyone looking for a trustworthy and exceptional groomer!

Took my little fluff ball in for a full groom and I’m honestly blown away. The team handled him with so much patience and care. Coat looks silky, nails neatly trimmed, and he came home happy and relaxed. Fair pricing and excellent communication as well.

Absolutely fantastic service! The groomers are patient, skilled, and truly passionate about what they do. My usually anxious dog was calm and relaxed when I picked her up, which says a lot. Her coat was soft, perfectly trimmed, and beautifully styled. The attention to detail was impressive, and they even gave helpful tips for at-home maintenance. I’ll definitely be returning again and again.
