Ursula
Ursula is our lead groomer. She has owned cats and dogs for most of her life. The love she has for her own pets inspired her to become a grooming stylist. She started in the dog grooming world and soon noticed the importance of providing a calm, loving, and stress-free environment for the pets. Seeing that pets with special needs are particularly vulnerable, she set out to develop a gentle approach to remove the stress from grooming for cats and dogs. Her method is also very effective in training puppies to accept, even enjoy the grooming process.
